The company shipped them right away. However , the courier DHL was very slow! My visors sat at the international shipping hub for 2 weeks before being sent on to me. I ordered July 28 and received them Aug 20th. I think this could’ve been quicker.

Couple days went by, they send me notice that my order is being shipped, the description and picture didn’t match what I ordered. I told them no, wrong one. Their response was ‘oh all the ladies love this one’. I said, but I want the one I Want. I want what I ordered, I don’t want you to choose it for me!!!! Told them never mind, please return my money. They did, but added that I’m banned from their store. I had mentioned about a visor that was very popular with my customers and sold a lot. This lady took it out of context and got upset stating that "I am not allowed to pick a substitute for her."
