An important detail that the manufacturer realized and designed into the cover to break up the very tall black sides of the Sundowner seat, but didn t install on mine. So the item did not arrive as pictured. I installed it anyway because the bike project is already late. As for shipping, we followed up with USPS several times and they told us they were having issues updating tracking info.
