I'm not sure why they're only including the 2 dollar refund they received in their feedback. I've refunded them almost 80 bucks in total just for a small fold on one of the corners of a vinyl sleeve. I did everything I possibly could to please this buyer but it seems that they just wanted to get freebies from me
