An itemized invoice was provided but if any parts were replaced they were not returned to me when the unit was sent back repaired. I'm just happy to have the unit in working order again. Thanks! I am now listening to cassettes I haven't heard in years! Prell is highly recommended and the price for service is exceptional. I will be sending in more players due to their excellent communication and work.
