I offer FREE returns on all items and have literally shipped hundreds of fragile items over the years. This buyer purchased an expensive item, I shipped promptly and well protected as my other buyers have posted in my feedback, I am VERY careful. Buyer waited over 45 days to claim this item was damaged in shipping, well past the 30 day limit. I have never had anyone purchase a fragile item for over $500 then wait 45 days to inspect it after receiving. Sellers beware!
