The condition is almost perfect. The appearance of the vacuum is great; the only thing I saw was a small dent in the handle and some of the letters are smudged. This was the best price I could find anywhere, with free or paid shipping. I love that it had free shipping and that the price wasn't raised because of that. I will be recommending this seller & vacuum to everyone for the quality received

Got 1/8cup of “dry cat food” like pellets from the hose and floor brush assembly. Unit had high dust levels inside. This may have been left over from the refurbishing process? Overall a good vacuum at a good price.

I've got two older Shark vacuums they need service.This vacuum has strong suction, I was amazed at the amount of fine sand it sucked out of the carpet. It came with three attachments. Though no reflection on the seller, this vacuum does not show the fine fit and finish of the older models. Sloppy in comparison. No hair on the roller after use! good value!

I contacted customer support because of something I did in error and they were able to get it taken care of immediately. My vacuum arrived super fast and it’s a beauty. But I would buy many times over again. If I had a question they answered it. They even gotten me in the ways of spare parts and YouTube links and Etc.
