I received a damaged pressure regulator with mine, so I contacted customer service and was immediately sent a functional one without any trouble after a few messages and pictures. So 5 Stars for great customer service alone! The forge is definitely worth its price and looks good on top. It's definitely worth investing into a product made by a European company instead or being cheap on money.

The design is very clever and the fuel control components are high quality. Everything was well packed for shipping. Purchased on Nov 28 and arrived Dec 06. Delivered today with no shipping damage. This has been a pleasant transaction. Seller has been very friendly and helpful. If you need a gas forge, don’t hesitate to buy from this seller. AAA++++
