    It arrived exactly as advertised and the amount of care that went into protecting it for shipping is amazing!     When the package arrived, the inside was outstanding. It had a good amount of bubble wrap and brown paper to protect the item I purchased. The condition was very good as stated in the description. The seller was generous enough to give me a silver sixaxis controller as a holiday bonus instead of a black one. Overall, I am impressed by the effort the seller has put into the package inside. Thank you very much!

    Final Fantasy XIII for PS3 arrived CIB, but was not in the condition depicted. I contacted the seller, and they confirmed they had two listings, and must have sent the other copy by mistake. They provided a partial refund for return shipping. Some logistical issues and a longer time than both of us would like later, and I ultimately received the correct copy in "Very Good" condition.
