No solution yet. For a 1st gen low serial WM-D6C a screw matters when reselling. Seller offered $70 for it for parts. LoL. I paid all fees and had it returned. The listing said “feel free to ask questions,” but none of mine were answered until six weeks later. Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. When the player was finally returned, it still had the same issue as before. No partial or full refund was offered. I was told to send it back again, but when I asked the best way to return it, I received no response for over a week. Very disappointed with the entire experience.
