It should have been an insurance claim-buyer didn't want to do the paperwork. Struggled to figure out how to file the claim- even with the help of ebay. So I simply refunded the money to the buyer- at a total loss of 40 dollars, MY time and MY $. Then this feedback?? wow. Really?Very Large Tall And Elegant pair of ceramic birds Figurines.
