He refunded me due to the delayed shipping when it wasn't his fault. When the pump finally arrived, it was made for an SUV instead of a car, having 2 outlets. The items set at Cincinnati USPS for 14 or 15 days waiting for item to be accepted. I checked with my local post office to see what I could do to expedite the movement. The really didn't feel like it was their problem and wasn't much help at all.
