Couple days went by, they send me notice that my order is being shipped, the description and picture didn’t match what I ordered. I told them no, wrong one. Their response was ‘oh all the ladies love this one’. I said, but I want the one I Want. I want what I ordered, I don’t want you to choose it for me!!!! Told them never mind, please return my money. They did, but added that I’m banned from their store. It takes 2 weeks to make them and replace them. I sent a long email explaining the situation along with several pictures of the visors that were available for her to pick. I had mentioned about a visor that was very popular with my customers and sold a lot. This lady took it out of context and got upset stating that "I am not allowed to pick a substitute for her." She was mean and harassed me which I didn't appreciate.
