I had the greatest customer experience I think I've ever had. Great communication. Seller offered 40% discount for the defective mug, or to send me a new unit. I stated the cost of sending me a new one with shipped would be too expensive, so I took the discount and repaired it myself. Incredible customer service. Highly recommend this seller!!
