I felt so terrible when I got home and I saw that the box was crushed and the wreath was just not fixable. I felt so bad for the seller because she even put on the box please handle with Care but thanks to the post office. They did not do their job. She on the other hand was amazing. She even gave me a refund and told me not to return the item. It was quite a beautiful piece and it’s a shame that the post office ruined it.
