Had some issues with postage, due to Royal Mail delays, rather than seller. The seller's response to my query about delay was instant and very positive. She offered to replace the item if the original order did not arrive within a reasonable period, which was not necessary, as order arrived a day later. Very satisfied with product and seller. Will use again.
