They were the second seller, from which I ordered, but were first to ship and first to arrive. He agreed to do a refund but after receiving the part back and making me pay shipping, he claims that eBay won’t process the refund. So he received the part and still gets to keep my money. I do not recommend ordering anything worth money from this seller because he doesn’t know anything about parts, and is a unfair and dishonest seller.
