Arrived very quickly in the UK from Belgium and was packaged very carefully. In fact I would say it was exceptionally well protected. The very good photos were a help in deciding to buy and the product did not disappoint. It was exactly as photgraphed and described. The seller was very helpful with information and assisting with a postal query I had. I have no complaints at all. I would buy from this seller again. Thank you. Best wishes

The seller kindly accepted my offer, which made an international purchase more affordable. Prompt mail-out and delivery. Well packaged. Unfortunately, one of the candle holders was defective. The seller promptly agreed to refund the item price and shipping in full. Great seller communication and service. I highly recommend this seller. A+

Would have appreciated a proactive heads up on that. In the meantime i had to purchase another dome, also from Belgium, which had tracking information and arrived promptly on March 18. I will keep this one but suggest seller add tracking for international shipments.
