They were helpful all the way from adjusting my delivery address to answering any questions I had. The product came in better than described shape and was packaged safely and securely. After several shots: I feel like I got a great value. The shipping charges were a bit pricy, but it got here quick so not much of a complaint

No way could the camera get damaged. It was nice as described. The only negative no shoulder strap on the case. It does have a belt "loop". I feel lucky getting the like new camera and shipping for close to 15 year ago price (Exactly the same Canon only over 20,000 pictures newer.)

Upon arrival, inspection showed that it was precisely as described and functionally flawless. Outstanding value! It was delivered several days ago, and the only reason I haven't reviewed it before now is that I've been out actually using it. STRONGLY recommend this seller!
