I had the first set of lights show up and upon opening the box, one of the lenses had a scuff through the protective plastic and into the lens. I took some pics and sent it in. They responded offering a partial refund. I explained I was ok with that if I could manage to buff the lens out without making it look worse. They then told me they’d just send out a replacement set. No fuss or issue. Super smooth transaction and professional and friendly to deal with.
