However, I specifically wanted a remanufactured Valve Body, and the Seller said it was, but when my mechanic saw the part he said this was not a remanufactured part. And the way in which he explained it, I see his observation made sense. Anyway, the part has been installed and my BMW is running very well. I've given (4) stars because I don't believe the part is remanufactured.

He had follow up questions that made it to where I ordered the right part instead of him just shipping the part I ordered. Will use TES for all future transmission parts.

Mechanic took an extra 2 weeks to look at the truck to determine the part was incorrect. Left message with seller and explained the situation. Seller allowed me to return the item and as soon as I provided a tracking number, the seller shipped the correct part out the same day (yes, that’s right, shipped the new part before they received the first part).
