I sent it to another place an already have it back and they did not try to sell me one for 1900.00. I am not sure if they are just trying to get the fee for checking it out or not but thats what it seems like. I was going to leave negative but I will go neutral. Although we typically do not move forward with repairs if there will be a reliability issue down the road as all our repairs are backed by with 1 Year warranty.

I think this is a bait and switch. I sent my ecm to Texas they diagnosed my ecm thermally damaged unrepairable they quoted me $1900 for a replacement, $800 more than my local shop. I asked them to send my core back which they did thankfully. I spent time and money getting an ecm locally only to find that WASN'T my problem. I reinstalled my "bad" ecm and there is nothing wrong!
