I was assured that I would not be charged if original package was to show up. Customer satisfaction is what they strive for and I couldn't be happier.

I reached out to the seller and they got right back with me and assured me if there was any problems that they would make it right. They tracked the item and let me know the new delivery date. Then they followed up it insure that it was delivered. Nice planter box, easy to assemble. Can't wait to start growing my Veggies this year;)
