I needed the bracelet resized for my rather large wrist and that was done perfectly. It did cause a slight delay in shipping but no real problem. Very good seller and good communication. I would buy from them again.

The original box was also sent along with original paperwork, all of which were also in great shape. the box is very unique and unusual and really complimented the purchase.
