When the expected delivery failed to materialize within a month I made an inquiry and the seller explained that it was shipped but held up or even lost somewhere. They offered me a choice of a refund or re sending a new replacement. I decided to wait for a replacement. Item showed up today...after two months. Seller was a good communicator. Item was well packaged and exactly as advertised.

Sent me the wrong scale in error, on writing to them they sent almost an immediate reply to rectify, with just over a week they sent me the correct scale…all well packaged…very professional.

I contacted the seller with a picture of the missing part. Seller replied that he had contacted the manufacturer and was told a replacement would be sent directly from them. The replacement part was delivered a reasonable time later. I commend this vendor (Scale Model Kits) and the manufacturer (Metallic Details) for excellent customer service. A+++++
