So if you have the older Milwaukee tools and want to continue using them whether you switched to the DeWalt battery system like I did or you want to use this with the Red Lithium 18v Milwaukee system it should work. My only complaint is that even though the DeWalt batteries fit they don't clip into place. They are pretty snug though and don't fall off but could be knocked out or bumped loose.

Finally had to reach out to eBay for resolution. I was very patient, polite and waited 2 weeks without a simple courtesy response. Please save yourself a headache and buy elsewhere!
