Beyond their excellent customer service, the items arrived exactly as pictured in sturdy packaging. The shipping cost was very reasonable and was delivered ahead of schedule. I had difficulty finding some miniatures here in the states and the seller had what i was looking for at a fantastic price. Shipping was fair - given it was international and asked a few questions. Seller was prompt and super fast in shipping and getting the miniatures out the door. Item was as described. Shipping and handling was done promptly. The price was good as well.
