Shipping time was great, the package was excellent packed with great care no way there could have been damage to the modem. went buy the instructions on the internet did the factory reset, plugged in the phone cable and it booted almost immediately, so easy. Called Century link cancelled leased modem , return label issued and about ready to return. I just can't believe it was so easy.

The warranty is great.
