It appeared they were once in the box but fell out of it during shipment. I contacted the seller hoping they could just file a claim with USPS and ship me the plates. Instead I was told “they were put in the box but if you insist they weren’t then issue a refund.” Then completely stopped communicating. Not the sellers fault that they fell out during shipping but the bad customer service is.

The item is brand new so it came brand new of course, perfectly secured and wrapped up. The look of the product is great it looks just as in the photos
