What happened to making sure to take care of the customer? It has been 6 weeks and the product still has not arrived. Their response was "We provided the product you ordered we should have an honest pay for it". Which has now started moving again on 2/14 to be delivered 2/17. Was for sure WAY to long of a delay by the USPS and is unacceptable for sure.
