I actually received what was pictured (serial numbers matched). It was wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a padded envelope - would have preferred a box. It works! Was able put wife's library on it, battery lasts a while. We connected it to our car for a recent trip - worked well. Hers was stolen, so it was nice to have a decent replacement. Thank you very much!

Only minor issue is that the photos in the listing were not of the specific racket being sold (photos clearly showed it was a 4 3/8 grip size) but the description given by the seller and the racket as shipped was actually 4 1/2. SwopBud actually has what they advertise in stock, ships promptly, and delivers an item which, in my case, was BETTER than described which is awesome! I had a wonderful transaction purchasing an iPod Nano from SwopBud, and will keep them in mind for future buys. A++++++
