The quality is very good, they seem quite robust and heavier than i thought. The appearance is stone like and when they have been outside for a while will look just like the real thing. I did send an email.mail requesting new delivery and courier info. They didn't respond. It arrived the next day. The courier service did advise me that they would be delivering that day. However, when the pots finally arrived I was more then satisfied with the over all condition/ size. They'd also been securely packaged.
