Reported immediately, sent photos as requested of damaged item and packaging…..then he ghosted me. Sent over a half dozen messages and ignored completely. Finally had to reach out to eBay for resolution. I was very patient, polite and waited 2 weeks without a simple courtesy response. Please save yourself a headache and buy elsewhere!
