Sent 2 controllers and both came back working flawlessly. 1 did have a unsnapped bumper, but that could have been shipping. Plus it snapped in super easily. The 4s are for communication. It took 4 days to actually have them shipped, but there was a holiday and possible more to fix then anticipated. However a quick follow up would have been nice as i was concerned about my controllers not being fixed because of that. Otherwise 10/10 recomnd

The left trigger was getting stuck and kept zooming in and out in shooting games, it no longer does that. But now they sent it back, after a complete month.. 1 day turn around is a lie obviously... now the left thumbstick is drifting which I didnt have a problem with before. They are complaining about an issue that happened a month after they received it back clearly normal wear and tear on their part.

Even when they were backed-up in repairs MDB/Michael notified me and responded to every inquiry I had and still surprised me with a faster turnaround than expected. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their service again and again.
