I contacted the seller and they were very accommodating. My sandal are of good quality beautiful condition and good value for money. The pictures of the sandals do not do them justice. I received an incorrect item & tried to resolve direct with the seller to no avail! I was asked to return the incorrect item (seller admitted their discharge team had sent me the wrong item). I sent photo of proof of posting which included the postage cost incurred by myself. Despite repeated requests the seller refunded me for the purchase cost of the item only and I had to foot the postage cost, increasing the cost of the item by almost £4.00 UNFAIR!
