The seller had to get involved and liaise with them. I would have given negative feedback but the courier's poor performance isn't directly the seller's fault.

The item was dispatched soon after my order placed but delivered days after the track parcel stated delivery So if you’re in a rush for any products dont expect them when tracker says they’ll be with you . This has happened with my second order from these guys ,up to now two days late from stated time of delivery. 🙄
