They (Karla) made excuses and blamed the USPS for not scanning the item! Yet, only the shipping label was made on Thursday and Friday! Then on Tuesday they finally boxed up the item n forwarded it to the shipping for delivery! Horrible service! I will be buying my parts from another vendor! Since, they do not know what they are doing! And, they do not care!
