It was also great to find a YouTube video by p1repair showing exactly how to put in this repair piece. It really did take a sewing needle to help me start peeling the paper backing from the side that attaches to the circuit board, but that was the only challenging step. Now all the buttons work like it's a brand new handset!

Thought I would have to spend several hundred or thousand dollars to either replace the base or the whole bed but this guy manged to get my remote working for around $50. Communication was very good, looked at the pics I sent and he let me know it was fixable. Also, explained how the "order" and "shipping" worked and turnaround time was fairly quick, about 3 weeks for me to send the remote, him to fix and send back.
