However, I would not recommend this tool for professional use as the arms of the clamshell bulged out and deformed a bit even though I was using it cautiously and after lubing the screw and both the drive flange and washer to avoid binding. He was right, this did the trick, but what a job doing it. My neighbor got the spring out and after finagling the pins back in, my door shuts so much better. Great tool and fast delivery!
