I have owned other, more recent Dyson offerings - completely filterless varieties - and the DC25 outperforms the other Dyson vacuums that I have owned since the other filterless varieties just seem to not be as reliable (their fine stainless steel mesh screens get clogged and the venturies are impossible to clean unless you attempt to disassemble).

They helped me find the product that I needed when I ordered the wrong one. When I got a duplicate shipment, they were happy to help me cancel the duplicate.
