The fur is so soft and cozy, I almost want to wear it in the house. I have had so many complements on it, and the sell was very helpful to make sure I received the right size and to do and exchange with me. Although I had to pay for the return shipping, but I wouldn't have expected anything else since I ordered the wrong size. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again, but I think this coat will last me for years.
