What was different with this supplier was a diagram of the measurements which meant I was confident that I was getting the right one for my WC. The item arrived on good time and was a perfect fit. WC sorted in 10 minutes after the packet was opened. Recommended if you know what you need.

Asked seller if item compatible and received quick response which was helpful but not decisive. However I can confirm that this item IS COMPTIBLE with the "Encore". Twyford site does not give this info! Note that fitting it is slightly complex (I am not a plumber) however it has many useful adjustment options detailed in the included excellent fitting instructions. By the way delivery very timely.
