When I fractured my left scaphoid I wanted to get a good quality product and ordered again. Pity this one was out of stock by the time my order was sorted out. My item was delivered to an empty property in my road (Royal mail error) so I couldn't get it. I contacted the seller and within minutes, a new one was on its way to me. Seller dealt with the Royal mail error, I didn't have to do a thing. Excellent service, thank you.
