They held my package for no reason for 2 days, which delayed the arrival of the slide and we didn’t have it for the birthday party that we ordered it for. And I mean literally sent it out, not just "created a label" and then waited until the last second to drop it at USPS 🙄 Coat arrived new with tags, as advertised, and I really like it. It's super pretty! It's not very thick, but not too thin either... I'm sure it will work great in chilly weather. So I would definitely recommend this seller!
