But he sent two incorrect items. He agreed to swop out the teapot for two of the larger sized bowls instead. He sent the tiny bowls instead. I contacted him to sort this out and many weeks later I'm still waiting on a reply. Whilst the items were lovely and it was an alteration to the listing, he didn't do what he agreed (useless to me) and then made no attempt to fix his mistake.

Issue with delivery on Royal Mail’s end but was quickly resolved by seller. Was surprised to find all 3 units had been supplied with 3 keys each inside their casings as listing warned no keys would be supplied.
