    I’m traveling so time was an issue when I saw the winch that I needed for sail. The seller was absolutely first rate when it came to working with me to ensure the product arrived promptly, which it did. The item was packed extremely well and is exactly as described.     Item came severally damaged in shipping. The seller agreed to refund my money and asked me to ship it back. I packaged it even better than it was when sent to me. The seller sent me a picture of how it was delivered and it was destroyed and the glass lid was shattered. This stove was relatively heavy but fed ex must have thrown it around to have damaged it that bad. I feel terrible the seller suffered this loss but I appreciate the way they handled it with me.

    Satisfied buyer. Item received was exactly as pictured/described. Purchase shipped quickly and was very well packaged (i.e. foam, bubble wrap, news paper, and exterior of the carton labeled as fragile). This is an honest seller offering quality parts at a fair value in my experience.
