I later heard a rattle inside the machine, indicating to me that it had been damaged by rough treatment in transit, despite having fragile stickers on all sides of the box. I contacted the seller who offered me two options for a refund. I chose one and that refund was quickly issued. This seller is honest, responsive and courteous. I highly recommend doing business with him.
