Purchased one set for our use, and a 2nd set for use as a gift. They were quickly shipped and arrived safely. Not a concern for us, but be aware that one arrived in the described Member's Mark retail packaging, making it perfectly suitable for gifting. But the other was in a non-retail on-line type packaging, consisting of plain brown boxes for the different sized containers.

Box was damaged during shipping,and one of the glasses was cracked in several places. The seller was quick in offering either a partial refund or return free of charge. Then, seller informed me that a request was being made to the warehouse for a replacement of the cracked glass. Very impressed with this seller!

Prior notice of that fact could have avoided that effort on both our parts. BUT, I'd still order from this Seller again. 4 out of 5 Stars

And I mean literally sent it out, not just "created a label" and then waited until the last second to drop it at USPS 🙄 Coat arrived new with tags, as advertised, and I really like it. It's super pretty! It's not very thick, but not too thin either... I'm sure it will work great in chilly weather. So I would definitely recommend this seller!
