The knives were securely packaged and are in great condition, everything matches the photos. I look forward to renovating them.       OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Item description was completely accurate and detailed. Shipping time was prompt despite the new US Custom tariff. Thorough, secure packaging. Communicated at least daily, helping greatly with the tariff delay on our end. I requested a bit of history on the vintage item. Seller's assistant personally performed extensive research using Japanese sources not available to me in the US. Fascinating history and detailed illustrations of traditional use. I learned a lot!
