Tracking information was provided immediately after purchase, the item arrived as described/pictured and the talking figure Cyndaquil was fine inside. Wish the seller was willing to communicate more about it but they did respond quickly. Packaging could have been a bit better but might have been usps fault as well. Overall a good experience. Shoes looks like photos.
