Item was packed well but arrived with a scratch on the computer monitor that didn't appear to be present in the listing photographs, and wasn't likely to have happened in the box the way the item was packed; reached out to seller with photographs to confirm damage as perhaps the scratch occurred after the listing photos were taken and before shipment, and received a prompt and satisfactory discount on my purchase. Two items were just placed in a cardboard box with absolutely nothing inside to protect them. Box was left outside (box too large for mailbox) and it poured down with heavy rain. Box was soaking wet and falling apart. Shoes and jacket were soaking wet. A shipping invoice was included…good. I like helping this organization but I’ll have to reconsider buying again.
